I forgot my password/pin, can I recover my funds?

The main purpose of the BC Vault device (and all other hardware crypto wallets) is to securely store your crypto assets. One of the main directives is thus not to allow access without correct passwords and pins.

You do have an option to use whatever passwords and pins you feel comfortable with (even empty - but not recommended).

There is no way to recover your funds without correct global/wallet passwords and pins! Backups will also not help you in case if they were also made with the passwords and pins in place (as BC Vault backups are also encrypted).

Do not give up, try instead any possible variations/combinations you think are correct and do take into accounts password are case sensitive!

You can use verify wallet function should you have issues with the wallet password/pin: How can I verify my wallet password/pin?
