We are excited to share with you the possibility of 24/7 wallet monitoring service (for BTC and ETH wallets) with cooperation with Parsiq - Next-gen blockchain monitoring provider.

With this service you will get immediate Telegram notification whenever a transaction (send/receive) is detected on any of your monitored wallets for all your BC Vault wallets.

How to monitor your wallets

1. Connect BC Vault to your computer (make sure BCDaemon is running - it is installed by default with BC Vault Application).
2. Open following web page: https://portal.parsiq.net/bcvault
3. You should see following dialog box, click "Unlock" (make sure you do not block popups in your browser):
   
   
4. Enter your Global password and PIN and you will be presented with following screen after successful unlock of the BC Vault:
   
   
5. For any wallet you would like to be monitored click on the Monitor slider on the right side of the screen.
6. The first time you use the service you will have to link it to your Telegram, following dialog will be presented - click on "Connect Telegram":
   
   
7. Once your Telegram application opens click on "Start" in the "ParsiqDevBot" chat window:
   
   
8. You will now get instant Telegram notification for every transaction that happens with your selected, now monitored, wallets:
   
   

How to disable monitoring of a wallet

1. Do steps 1-4 as described above in "How to monitor your wallets" and click on the Monitor slider on the right side of the screen to disable monitoring for particular wallet.
   
   

How to delete/reset Telegram link

1. Do steps 1-4 as described above in "How to monitor your wallets" and click on the "Take me there" button to go to Extended version of the Parsiq portal:
   
   
2. Under Transports click on three dots on right side of "Telegram" and then select "Delete":
   
3. Now you can delete the Telegram Chat with "ParsiqDevBot".
4. Should you wish to reactivate the service, you will be able to link your Telegram again after you enable monitoring for one of your wallets again.

How to completely delete Parsiq notification service for your BC Vault (including all data from Parsiq servers)

1. Do steps 1-4 as described above in "How to monitor your wallets" and click on the "Take me there" button to go to Extended version of the Parsiq portal:
   
   
   
   
2. Under Projects click on BCVault/Triggers and then delete all triggers with clicking on three dots on right side of each trigger (Ethereum, Token...) and then select "Delete":
   
   
   
3. Under Projects click on three dots on right side of "BCVault" and then select "Delete":
   
4. Optionally you can delete the Telegram Chat with "ParsiqDevBot".
5. All your data was not deleted from Parsiq. Should you wish to reactivate the service, you will be able to link your BC Vault again after you enable monitoring for one of your wallets again.

DISCLAIMER: This service is not built into BC Vault application itself, it's completely optional and you subscribe through a website that communicates with BCDaemon (you have to unlock the device to allow access to list of your wallets). Since no other information as public data, that is already visible on the blockchain itself, is used (i.e. wallet addresses) and your telegram handle (you can create a new anonymous one for this purpose) you should not worry about any privacy implications. Parsiq Privacy Policy can be found here.
